高知と言えばひろめ市場ですね。
高知に来たらカツオのタタキを食べなければいけません。
大阪でももちろん食べられますしカツオのタタキ大好きですが、
高知で食べる事に意味があるわけです。
それにしてもひろめ市場は人だらけ、
しかも1番人気の藁焼きのお店は長蛇の列で、フードコートも開き席がありません。
しょうがないのでこちらのお店に入りました。
1番食べたかった塩タタキが売り切れだったので普通のカツオのタタキを注文しました。
大阪ではたっぷりのオニオンスライスとポン酢ですがこちらは甘いタレなんですね。
これがまためっちゃ美味い。
あまり期待せずに入りましたがちょっとびっくりする美味しさでした。
気をよくして色々と注文。
さらに美味しかったのがウツボの唐揚げ。
これはまた食べたい一品でしたね。
日本酒もイロイロとあり美味しく頂きました。
