高知県で歴史のある老舗フレンチ、お邪魔させていただきました。
内装からテーブルセッティングまで、どこに目をやってもクラシック。
フランス料理店としての統一感が素晴らしいと思いました。
料理の方も一貫してクラシック。それゆえ小手先の技術では隠せない、本物を味わうことができます。
自分自身、ここまでクラシックな料理はなかなか経験したことがなかったので、非常に楽しませていただきました。
なかなかこういったレストランは見かけなくなってきたように思えるので、この先も長く続いていって欲しいと思います。
また是非お邪魔したいと思っています。
