うつぼのたたきがあると調査済
狙い撃ちで訪問
こういったものを購入し、アテしてお酒を楽しめる【ひろめ市場】はやはり素晴らしい。
【カツオのたたき】を堪能した後に【うつぼのたたき】
なんて贅沢なのでしょうか。
普段、お目にかかる事のないうつぼ。。
実物は中々のグロデスクですが
調理済みを売っているので安心です。
さて、【うつぼ】を購入して
土佐の日本酒と共にいただいた。
身はしっかりしていて皮目が炙ってあるので
厚い皮まで美味しくいただけた✨
こりゃー酒が進みますわ。
次に、購入したのは【トコブシ】
見た目はそっくりだがアワビとは少々違う
食感がアワビよりも舌にまとわりつく感じがした。
ご当地の品なんで、北海道じゃ味わえない逸品
もう、高知は酒が止まらない
最高です✨
