『一言』：サッパリ系に誘惑されて梅塩を注文。あっさりで上品なスープと麺の相性が良くツルツルいけました。カリカリの餃子もビールに合って美味しかったのですが、初回ラーメンは人気#1の牛モツが正解かもしれません。
『Review』：The plum ramen was light and delicious, but kinda regret not going for the beef offal noodle, which everyone else seemed to order. The combination of the plum ramen and fried dumplings was definitely a great choice, but one still wonders how the #1 ramen tasted...
