自分的にオススメは塩ラーメンとつけ麺です。
看板メニューの味噌は言うほど濃厚ではなくむしろあっさりしてる方だと思います(でも悪くないです)。
塩ラーメンは決して薄味ではなくしっかりした味わいで...
場所は土佐道路沿い。城山町。セコムの隣。
麺は極太。黄土色で硬い少し縮れあり。コシと硬いだけの中間だけど、硬いだけにかなり近いです。これだけ太いと小麦の香りも少しありました。
味噌はまあ普通。...
久々においしいラーメンに出会いました。
こってりとしたラーメンなんですが、後口は何故かすっきり。
厚めチャーシューも好感が持てます。
いまどき、奇をてらったラーメンが多い中、ばっちり...
オレ好みのコッテリ札幌味噌。麺もウマし。焼き飯はイマイチ。チャーシューが一枚しか入ってなくてショボし。
