平日のランチタイムに訪問しまさした。
いつも地元の方で満員のお店、期待できます。
皆さんはお昼の唐揚げやチャーハンなどのセットメニューをよく頼まれているようですが、注文したのは
・味噌カツラーメン １０５０円
注文してからカツを揚げるので時間がかかるようです。
この店のこだわりは、油ギトギトのコッテリではなく、豚骨、鶏ガラ、野菜を長時間煮込んだコクのあるコッテリ。
麺も北海道の老舗製麺会社の西山製麺所から仕入れているようで、これは味噌ラーメンに合いますね！
しばらくすると着丼。
味噌ラーメンの上にカツがドーンと乗っています。
カツの下にはチャーシューがチョロッと覗いていますね。
スープは昔ながらの札幌味噌を想像させるサラッとしおた味噌スープでコクがあって美味しい！！
麺は西山製麺なのでプリっと腰がある縮れ麺！
ただカツは薄めの肉厚ですが結構硬めな食感で、下味が付いていないので味にパンチが欠けるかな？
同じ値段でラーメン+半チャーハン+唐揚げのセットメニューがあったので、機会があれば
食べてみたいですね。
