コシがしっかりしている、ツルツルやモチモチ感ではない。
出てきた、つけ汁はぬるい…温め直してもらう。
酸味が強い、濃厚魚介豚骨感はそこまで…
チャーハンは美味しいが、ただぬるい？
連れの味噌ラーメン、スープはややドロっとしている。万人受けするタイプ。麺はつけ麺の方が美味しい、もう少し縮れてくれても良いかも。
