土佐道路(国道56号線)沿いにある、
こってり味噌ラーメンを看板に掲げるお店
注文は味噌カツラーメン
『豚太郎』が発祥といわれる高知グルメ
お値段はカツ乗せだけに少々お高め
スープはかなりトロミのあるタイプ
ベースは豚骨と鶏ガラとのことですが
これは野菜が溶け込んだものと思われます
だから店内の説明書きのとおり、
ドロッとした見た目ほどクドくありません
麺は札幌でお馴染みの西山製麺のもの
中太で加水多めのプリッとした縮れ麺
スープをしっかり絡めてきて旨い
トッピングはチャーシュー、モヤシ、メンマ、葱
そこにドーンと揚げたての豚ロースカツ
スープに浸ってるのに剥がれない衣、
肉はもちろんスープがしみた衣がまた旨い
ボリュームがあるけどスッと食べやすい
札幌味噌ラーメンと高知の味噌カツラーメンの融合、
これは大いにアリだと思います
