I never had a chance to go to Stone Oven Pizza Federico because my days off didn't match up, but I finally had the chance! It seems that he is run by one person during the day. In order to be able to serve customers quickly, there are mini self-service sets for side plates, cold water, set drinks, and soup. I ordered set B from the lunch menu, and had Margherita pizza and tomato cream pasta with shrimp, okra, and mushrooms. Margherita: The aroma of cheese is irresistible. The dough is fragrant and just like pizza lol. The tomato sauce has a good balance of sweetness and sourness, and the cheese has just the right amount of saltiness. My wife doesn't like cheese, so she couldn't eat the pizza without toppings, but she ate the whole thing! Tomato cream pasta with shrimp, okra, and mushrooms: The taste is creamy and delicious.
