固すぎな麺ではないです。
出汁はやや塩味強くて大好きです。
ネギたっぷりに柚子を散らしてあります。
後半から卓上の揚げを使いたかったが、美味しくすすみ、ノーマルで完食してしまいました。
オリジナル唐辛子もカツオ香り絶品。
