追手筋のチャイニーズバー初めてやって来ました。レモンサワーで軽く一杯。突き出しは鰹スモークチャイニーズマリネです。
食事の注文は、トリュフ春巻き、アオリイカの醤油揚げ、黒酢酢豚を注文しました。
どの料理も香りや食感が食材の特徴を活かしつつしっかりした味付けでとてもおいしいです、また盛り付けも非常に丁寧で見た目にもおいしいです。今回注文した3品共に大変おいしく頂けました。今回はチョッと飲んでちょっと食べてのつもりで行きましたが次回はコース料理でこちらの食事を楽しみたいと思います。
