This is a store I've been interested in since my first day in Kochi. I really want to go! I was already full, but I kept walking and headed for Janmen. I can't seem to get the regular size, so the Janmen Half (880 yen) is just the right size. The taste is motsu Ramen with plenty of gochijang and chive eggs, but the balance is wonderful. I don't like offal, so I switched to my partner's bowl and enjoyed everything other than offal. I feel like my skin will be plump... If you have the time, you'll want to add rice at the end. If I lived nearby, I thought it would be a store I would want to visit from time to time.
