高知といえば鰹のたたきや魚が有名ですが、それ以外のご当地グルメを探したところ、見た目がどタイプのジャン麺という料理を発見。高知駅からは少し離れていましたが、徒歩で訪問。
ジャン麺とライスを注文。丼にはれんげではなく、2本のスプーンが添えられており、1つは普通のスプーン、もう1つは穴あきスプーンでした。
まず、スープを飲もうとしたらびっくり。スープはかなりとろみがついており、スープというより餡！でもそれが麺と絡み合って美味しい。スタミナ色の強い味なのかなと思いましたが、ホルモンの甘みも強く、スタミナ臭さは強くありませんでした。飽きることなく完食。
とても美味しかったです。また来ます。
