らーめんは、台湾らーめん、台湾とんこつ、味噌、醤油、塩があります。飯は、炒飯、天津飯、麻婆飯、中華飯があります。
今回は、お初ということもあり、看板メニューの“台湾らーめん”と王道チョイスの“天津飯”♪
高知で台湾らーめんを食べられるところは思い当たらないぐらい珍しいんです。名古屋の味仙ほど、コクのある辛さではないものの、結構痺れる美味さ(^^)
麺も比較的細目で、辛～いぃスープとよく絡んでます♪たっぷりのもやしとニラがいい箸休めでgood‼‼
ピリ辛肉味噌が、あとをヒキマス(^ー^)
ご飯か？麺のどちらかを大盛にできるので、麺を大盛にして間違いなし♪食べ応え十分で満足満足(^^)
天津飯は、餡も緩すぎず、いい感じの
あえていえば、具があると更に嬉しかったなぁ(^O^)
卵のフワトロと餡のトロトロがたまりません‼‼
次は、麻婆飯に挑戦しよ♪
