Hanabusa is a Sundubu specialty store located in a residential area of Kanda. It's hard to find the location, but I arrived there after a week lol. It's a residential area, so the roads are narrow. The store is set up in a stylish warehouse, and the interior has a bright and calm atmosphere. There are seven types of sundubu, and all sundubu come with rice, seven kinds of salad, and Korean seaweed. You can choose from 4 levels of spiciness. Hormone sundubu: Contains hormones, tofu, raw eggs, vegetables, etc. I set the spiciness to the standard level of 2. The richness and sweetness come first, followed by the spiciness. Even at my level of spiciness, it's delicious enough. The offal is creamy, fatty and sweet, and goes well with the rice. Rice (medium) is not enough for this. I ate all the rice before making the rice porridge to finish it off...it was delicious.
