鯛塩ラーメン、いただきました。
出汁はタイの旨味タップリ染み出た美味しさが
キリっとした塩味とマッチしてます。
淡麗系？でも旨味強し。
チャーシューの炙った焦げの部位がまさに芳ばしくて美味しい
というのも特筆すべき点でした。
このスープでいただく〆の鯛めしは言うまでもなく
スーパー旨いです。
ジンワリと浮く鯛の油分もその美味しさを手伝っている事請け合いです。
