テレビでも有名な鶏と魚さんに行ってみたいと思いお邪魔しました。土曜日の昼過ぎ14:00くらいにも関わらず行列。
ようやくお店に入ると魚介系のラーメンが有名だったのですが、土曜日は鴨だしのラーメンだけとのことで少し残念でしたが、食券器にて醤油900円を注文。卵付きや特選は1200円くらいするので少しお高いです。はちきん地鶏を出汁に使用とのこと。手揉みちぢれ麺はごくぶとでコシもあって大好きです。鴨肉、極太メンマ、柑橘の香りがスープも引き立て流石ですね。人気あるはずです。これはこれでなかなか食べられない美味しさです。高知にはなかなか行かれませんがまたお邪魔します。ご馳走様でした
