四国一周旅4軒目
日曜日の夜に利用しました。
場所は、高知市のひろめ市場から徒歩5分程度。路面電車の堀詰駅からすぐの場所にあります。
お店の一階はカウンター席になっており、2階は完全個室の席がいくつかありました。
こちらのお店は、店名にある通り藁焼きのかつおや、のれそれなど高知名物が多数あります。
オーダーしたのは
・のれそれ
・どろめ
・うつぼの唐揚げ
・藁焼きかつおたたき（塩）
・酒盗
・あおさのパリパリ揚げ
・ポテトサラダ
・チキン南蛮
・だし巻き玉子
・長太郎（ひおうぎがい）の浜焼き
どろめは、生シラスのようなものでしたが、苦味がなく美味しかったです。ウツボの唐揚げは、皮がブリブリで弾力がありました。
かつおのたたきは、厚切りでニンニクや茗荷などの薬味が添えられており、塩たたきにしたので藁焼きの風味をよく感じられました。
高知以外で食べる事が少ない料理も多数あり、観光客にはちょうど良いお店だと思います。
