連休明け有休をとり、相方さんと訪問です。
リカバリーキャンペーンを使わせて頂きました。
休日には中々行けない「かいだ屋」さんに来ました。
かなり並ぶらしいので、10時くらいに行くと数字の書かれた札があります。
どうやら整理券のようなものみたいですね。
なんと2番をゲットしました。
11時オープンになり1〜10番の札の方が入店、その後札の順に随時入店・オーダーになります。
店内は座席を減らしており、コロナ対策もされてます。
私達は、うな重・うな丼並、しらやきを注文。
注文後から焼き始めますので時間はかかりますが、2番の札をもらっていたので30分弱くらいで料理がきました。
時間に余裕のない方は、早めに行って小さい数字の番号札をとることをお勧めそます。
まずしらやきを頂きます。
山葵と頂きますが、表面がパリッとしていて美味しいしらやきです。
鰻の旨味も感じ、お酒と合う味ですね！
次にうな重とうな丼です。
こちらも表面はパリッと、中はふわっとしていて美味しいです。
かいだ屋さんの山椒もまた良いんですよね！
タレがかかったご飯も文句なしに美味しく、とても美味しい鰻を頂けました。
中々行ける機会はないですが、平日に有休をとりまた行きたいお店です。
