かいだ屋 は多くの人で賑わう高知の人気店。
既に多くの方が書き込んでいるが、スムーズに鰻を楽しむためには開店前に伝票を確保するのがマスト。開店時、入店した順ではなく整理券代わりの伝票順で注文が受理される。
鰻は表面をサクサクに仕上げたいわゆる関西風で絶品。
鰻も米も品質の高い国産のものを使用し、確かな技術を持って作り上げられているが故に、完成された味わい。
交通の便が悪い割には高めの金額設定だが、確実な満足感を得られることほ間違い無いだろう。
