高知龍馬空港からは車で10分ほどの田園地帯にありますが車の行列ですぐにわかります。開店直後でも外までの行列ができている人気店、目印は何故かセスナ飛行機です。
一見すると鰻屋さんには見えませんが車の中まで漂ってくる香りは食欲をそそります。
1時間ほど待って着席、せっかくなので特上うな重をお願いしました。関東風とは違ってパリッとした焼き上がりですが食感はふんわりしていて何とも言えず美味しかったです。タレの味も好みでした。
