高知県の有名店でうな重を食べてみたんだよ。
食べログ見るとうなぎ百名店になってる。平日の13時過ぎなのに待ちがあったんだな。
でも席が沢山あるからすぐに入れたんだ。
「うな重」を注文したら「うな重(中)」が配膳されたよ。
うなぎが1匹と3/4匹の違いがあるんだ。
注文の仕方が悪かったんだね。反省。。
うなぎはパリっという音が聞こえそうな食感なの。
だけど柔らかいの。不思議。
肝吸いの肝も臭みなく美味しいの。
お会計は2560円。
おすすめだよ。
