かいだ屋さん、ずっと訪れたいと思っていました！
高知に旅行に来ましたが雨で外の観光地なかなか行けないので急遽行こう！と思い着いたのがだいたい11時45分頃。
雨なのに既に12組ほど待ちで番号札を貰って待ちます。
約45~50分待って店内へ。
入口に店内に入って注文頂いてから捌くとのことで50分程提供に時間がかかると書いていました。
初めてなので
○うな重(鰻1匹) 3900円
を注文しました。
優しい肝吸いと漬物と玄米茶？のセットです。
ちなみに提供まで40分ちょっとかかりました！
肝心のうな重はというと…
さすが百名店!!!!
というか私の好みドンピシャで、、
関東のふわっふわの蒸しも好きですが、元来関西のパリパリが好きな私。
なのにしっかりパリパリながらも皮と身の間の脂がとてもジューシーで、山椒をかけたご飯がすすむ！！
こちらご飯大盛り無料とのことで、それでかぁ〜と勝手に納得してしまいました。笑
鰻自体は割とタレさっぱり目です。
身が引き立つ感じ。
追いダレは卓上にあります。
ご飯に掛けてちょっと甘辛で頂きました。
本当に美味しかったので、次回は白焼きも頼んでみたいです。
夜のみのメニューの鰻のたたきも気になります…
