高知に来て1ヶ月、高知で指折りの名店と言うことで混雑を避けるために午後5時に入店しました。店内には未だ余裕があり直ぐに席につけました。うな重(一匹)を注文.関西風のパリッとした皮とふわふわに身を堪能しました。
高知産の山椒はとてもシャープな味で甘辛のタレとよくあいました。お勧めの一店です。
