【GWに札幌から四国旅行中】
祝日の12時に到着。
満席なのでリストに名前と携帯番号を書いて車の中で待つ。
一気に高知県へ！高速道路から南国ICを降りてすぐ。
40分後に店に様子を見に行ったら、店員に「ちょうど今電話しようと思ってました」と言われ案内される。
今回は『うな重』(3200円)を注文。上(4850円)は1.5尾との事だけど、値段を考えると1尾でいいかな。
値上げの貼り紙が。今月末から、並で300円上がるとの事。ちょっと得した気分。
15分程で登場。肝吸い、お新香、酢の物、フルーツ付き。
たれは薄く漬け焼きしているので、まずはそのまま…うん、これはこれで美味い！
でもやっぱりたれと山椒をかけて…皮パリパリ、身はきれいな水で育ったような雑味のない感じで美味い！
たれはあっさりめでいい感じ。
きゅうりの酢の物に焼いたうなぎが。なかなか合う。
肝吸いの肝は大きくプリプリ！
フルーツはいちご1個にパイン2切れ、ミントが添えられている。
満足の美味さでした。
ただ前の半身は皮を焼きすぎのような…あともう少しふんわり感も欲しかった。
まぁ、好みの問題かも。
