誕生日ケーキをホールで買ってきたのを
おすそ分けしてもらいました。
イチゴのベーシックなケーキです。
まずイチゴから。
甘くてみずみずしい！
ケーキのイチゴによくある酸っぱさはないです。
生クリームは、
しつこくなく、イチゴ同様フレッシュな感じ。
甘すぎず、軽やかで、美味しい。
そしてスポンジ。
ふわっふわ！軽い！
スポンジの間には、うっすらクリームと
薄いイチゴが挟まっています。
最初から最後までおいしくいただきました。
