高知県いの町のピザ屋さん。100名店です。
テラス席で頂きました。
最近行った四国中央市のピッツァモーレはイタリアの型が作る本格イタリアピザでしたが、こちらはちょっと志向が違う感じです。日本の庭園で食べるヘルシーピザって感じ。
ピザに詳しくないので、こういったピザもイタリアにあるのかもしれませんが、私にはそう感じました。
◆照り焼きチキンとブロッコリーのピザ1750円
和風に感じるのは、ピザ生地が薄くなくて、ふんわり厚めのパンのような生地に、クラッシュしたゆで卵的な具材、そこに照り焼きチキンとブロッコリーってのが、なんかイタリアンを感じないからです。
こっちの方が私は好きです。日本人の味覚でも、おいしさがすぐわかる感じ。
嫁さんは、野菜がおいしい！と言ってました。
いろいろ食べてきたあとのお腹満腹状態で食べたのですが、それでもすごくおいしかったです。
◆フルーツトマトジュース550
クチコミを見て選びましたが、うーん、あんまり甘さは感じない。トマトの酸味がメインのトマトジュースでした。
◆いちごスムージー550
嫁さんセレクトを少し頂きました。
うん、これはおいしい。
高知県民の方で食べたことない人は、ぜひ行くべきですよ！おいしいピザ屋さんです！
