昨年のもの。昨年末から1月にかけてかなり忙しく約1か月ぶりの書き込みです。
この間、店はかなりいっているのですが、時間がなくアップできませんでした。
少しずつアップしていきたいと思います。
高知県須崎市です。
鍋焼きラーメンで有名な街ですが、お魚も美味しいです。
地元の方に薦められたこちらのお店へ。
店内は忘年会時期とも重なり、かなりの賑わいでした。
一通り、地物を中心に注文しました。
須崎と言えば、まずは鰹のタタキ、そして次に有名なのがうつぼ料理です。
うつぼは、タタキやから揚げにして食べる習慣があり、
地元のスーパーでも普通に売っています。
地元の方に聞いた話ですが、うつぼの骨を抜く技術が非常に難しく、
須崎にはその骨を抜く技術者が多くいるようで、有名なのだとか。
さらに鰹のはらんぼ。これは鮪でいうところの大トロです。
これが旨い。
あと、全国的にどこにでもある川海老ですが、
須崎のは大きくて味が濃く、印象に残る川海老でした。
このお店以外にも、何軒か地元おススメのお店へ立ち寄りました。
詳しくは今後、アップしていきますが、
ここはまあまあの味わいです。はずれはありませんが、
これは絶品というものもありません。
けど、須崎はとにかく安く、魚が旨い。そんな場所です。
