2022.05.01(日)10:30 この日は宿泊地・安芸市を出発。お遍路２８・２９番札所お参りして今回のお遍路は心折れて辞めました。私の煩悩・ラーメン欲を満たすために高速道路に乗って一気に高知県須崎市に突入。目的はもちろん須崎名物！鍋焼きラーメンです。先日、BSのTV「麺鉄」で六角さんが美味しそうに食べていました！また、少し前にケンミンショーでも観ました！こちらに行きました。
お店に到着すると、TVの効果でしょうか？バイク野郎共や家族連れで一杯です。少し待って着席できました。鍋焼きラーメンは初めてなのでノーマルを食べようと思ったら、ウツボ入りのメニューが目に留まりました！
鍋焼きうつぼラーメン 1,010円 をいただきました。
土鍋の蓋を開けるとグラグラ煮えたぎっています。フーフーして麺を啜ると、旭川ラーメンの麺ににた低加水中細麺です。だいぶ固めに茹で上げられているので、カタメン好きには良いですね！
スープは鶏ガラが効いた濃いめの醤油スープ。なかなか美味い！油は少ないため、ラードなど油膜が張ったラーメンと比べると、温度が下がるのも早い感じがしますので、警戒していたほど熱く感じませんでした。
具は黄身が半熟の落とし卵と親鳥の小間切れ肉、そして＋350円のうつぼ。少し生臭く、小っちゃいのが２切。麺の量もあまりなかったので、ノーマルの大盛りにすればよかったと後悔しました。
鍋焼きラーメン自体の味は良かったです。須崎名物を感じれました！サックとたいらげて四万十市に向かいました。
