一度知人に連れてきてもらい、
こちらのタタキとスモークが忘れられず再訪しました。
・かつおスモーク
タタキはもちろんのこと、このかつおスモーク絶品。
良い香りにお酒すすんじゃいますよ。
・塩たたき
高知はポン酢より塩タタキのほうが
メジャーですかね？
新鮮な鰹ならではということかな。
さっぱりで美味しいです。
・たれタタキ
こちらはポン酢で。
間違いないです。
・刺身盛り合わせ
タタキも美味しいですが、かつおが新鮮な為お刺身で
いただいても絶品です。
もちっとした食感がたまらない。
希少なシンゾウもいただけました！
・四万十川えび唐揚げ
こちらは今の時期しか食べられないそうで、
ラッキーだったのでした。
サクサクでプリプリな川えび！
美味しかったです。
・久礼 純米酒
久礼の漁師さんがかつおに
と聞きこれしかない！と注文。
確かにタタキに合うあう！
・無手無冠 特別純米生原酒
フルーティーな香りが広がる
呑みやすいお酒。
かつお三昧で堪能しましたが、
川エビもなかなかおすすめです。
またリピしたいです。
