もともとTakeout専門の焼き鳥屋だったのですが、居酒屋としてオープン。
焼き鳥はやや小ぶりなサイズですが、基本的にどれも美味しいです。
１番人気は、レバー嫌いの人でも食べれるという、ごま油をベースにした牛レバー串。
レバー独特の臭みがなく、柔らかくて美味しいです。
２番人気が店名にもなっている「丸ちょう」。
ここの丸ちょうは、なかにゴボウが入っていて、これがあっさりとこってりのバランスをとっています。
とろける丸ちょうはぜひ食べてもらいたい一品ですね。
３番人気が牛ホルモン。
これもとろける感じがなんともいえなくて美味いです。
そのほか、ハツ、もも、せせり、豚ハラミ、軟骨、鶏レバー、なんかも食べましたが、どれも絶品。
焼き鳥の基本といえる、「もも」がかなり美味しいので、何を食べてもハズレはないように思えます。
焼き鳥以外で、馬肉のたたきも食べましたが、これも上品な味で、噛むほどに味がでてくるクセになる味ですね。
店内が煙でモクモクになるときもありますが、焼き鳥屋らしくてこの雰囲気もいいと思います。
