友人に連れられてこちらのお店へ。
平日の19時過ぎ、先客1組です。
居酒屋メニューが一通りありますが、まずは
・清水サバ刺身 ・カツオの塩タタキ
新鮮な刺身ですが、この時期は脂が乗っていなくて淡泊な味わいです。
漬けは、醤油ではなく出汁醤油です。
友人曰く、新鮮過ぎると味わいがないので、
ここら辺では、皆出汁醤油が多いとの事。
他メニューも頼みましたが、飲みすぎて記憶薄いです。。。
刺身は新鮮です！！
