店内はシックで豪華な感じ。品があります。
目的の大平燕と焼酎を。
野菜豊富で、春雨もさらっと食べ応えもあり、スープが美味しい！疲れた身体に沁みましたー。
タマゴは一度揚げしてるのかな、凝っていて、白身部分が少なく黄身の部分の方が多い感じ。
ボリュームとしては丁度良いのだけど…どうやって作ったんだろう。未だに不思議です。
熊本に来たらまた足を運びたいお店です。
