1955年創業。東京で革命を起こした本場熊本ラーメン。
豚骨スープを使い、「マー油」でアクセントを加える熊本ラーメンの元祖を作った老舗「桂花ラーメン」。1955年創業後、1968年に東京新宿末広店をオープン。
当店は「マー油」発祥の店であり、とろける角煮がのった「太肉麺(ターロー麺)」は今や桂花の代名詞です。
