行くなら本店に行きたいしホテルから徒歩圏内なので夜てくてく訪問。
桂花といえばこの独特のフォント
天井にまで桂花のロゴがドーンでかわいい。
だいぶいかがわしい街にあるのですね。
外のいかがわしい夜の街独特の雰囲気から一転、清潔感あって明るく広い店内にホッとした。
小さめのこけいかなるラーメンがあり嬉しい。そちらは細麺みたいなので、中太麺の桂花拉麺と比べてみよう。
ただ桂花といえばゴロンとした豚角煮のイメージだったのでそちらはトッピングで追加

めっちゃ好きな中毒性あるタイプ。
クリーミーな豚骨×鶏のスープににマー油が最高に旨い。マー油は桂花が発祥らしい！魔法の油→マー油
茹ですぎ？と思った味玉もやたら美味い
何よりこの太肉(ターロー)がヤバうまい。
これ美味しすぎる！ターロー丼があったら絶対頼みたいくらい美味しい。
ターロー麺頼む人が多いの納得。生キャベツに引いて頼まなかったが次はターロー麺たべる！
卓上のお茶もプーアール茶で、体の油を洗い流す効能があるらしい！ありがたやー
桂花ラーメン気に入りすぎて、お店でお土産半生麺も購入しました。
