1955年創業。東京で革命を起こした本場熊本ラーメン。
豚骨スープを使い、「マー油」でアクセントを加える熊本ラーメンの元祖を作った老舗「桂花ラーメン」。1955年創業後、1968年に東京新宿末広店をオープン。 |
熊本ラーメンといえばニンニク香る豚骨スープにマー油のアクセント。なのにここはなぜかあっさり。丸鶏のガラを加えてるから飲んだ後もすっきりスープまでいけちゃうんですね。
看板メニューの「太肉麺（ターローメン）」は、さすがに飲んだあとは多いので、コターローメン（小サイズ）をいただきました。とろけるほど柔らかな豚の三枚肉と、さっぱりとしたキャベツのバランスが絶妙でした！
