カンパチ 炙っているので皮が香ばしい
マグロ漬け
コチ 白身で歯応えあり
メジナ ネットリ感がいい
サザエ 肝は苦味があるが、食べ慣れていれば全く問題無し
カンパチあら煮 ご主人にわさびを入れネギで汁をわさびにかけると辛味がなくなり、香りが残ると言われ、その通り辛味が消失したのは驚き
