お醤油をつけなくても美味しいと言われているお寿司屋さん。初来店しました。
金曜日と言うこともあって満席でした。
つまみと握り10巻をお願いしました。つまみと握りのネタは重ならないように配慮してくださいます。
つまみは3種類。どれも昆布の香りがふわっと抜ける程度に〆られています。石垣鯛は初めていただきました。甘く、食感も良く最高です。カンパチのもみじおろし添えはお酒が進む味。
握りも皮目を炙ったり、柔らか煮ていたり。素材の美味しさを手間で引き出しています。
お吸い物の梅水。
初めていただきましたが、口の中をサッパリさせてくれて、次の穴子の味が引き立ちます。
手間を惜しまず作られたお寿司は本当に美味しかったです。ただ、日本酒の種類が少なかったのがちょっと残念でした。
近くにあれば通いたくなるお店。
