2019年9月。
九州新幹線で博多から日帰りで熊本にやってきました～♪
せっかく熊本に来たので、やっぱり馬肉料理を食べたいと
思い、『菅乃屋 上通店』さんのランチを予約。

11時半に入店し、個室の座敷席へ。
お酒は無しで「馬刺しコース」と単品で「レバー刺し」を
注文。

○馬刺しコース 2,900円
　馬刺し四種（赤身・上馬刺し・コウネ・フタエゴ）
　サラダ、煮物（馬肉の麻婆豆腐）、ご飯、汁物、香の物、
　デザート（パンナコッタ）、コーヒー
○馬レバー刺し 1,850円（3人でシェア）

馬刺し、、、やっぱし絶品ですね。特にレバー刺しが抜群
に美味しかったです。（コレは酒が欲しくなりますね～）
馬肉の麻婆豆腐も肉の甘味が感じられて食べやすかったし、

あと熊本の味噌汁、白味噌なんですね。こちらもほんのり
甘くて上品な味わいでした。

ごちそうさまでした！
帰り際、店員さんに馬肉の販売はないんですか？と聞いて
みたところ、鶴屋百貨店の地下で販売していますとのこと
だったので、早速お土産用に買いに行く事に。
