熊本城下の繁華街の繁華街は多くの人で賑わっていました
上通りの少し細い路地に入った所に位置している餃子が人気のお店です
外観は古民家をモチーフにしたような外観です
日中でしたらインスタ映えするかなと思いつつ入店しました
満席に近かったけれど運よく待たずに入れました
エビチリ、ベトナム風の春巻きなどアジアンテイストがメニューに並んでいます
餃子は焼き餃子に水餃子、スープ餃子など多彩です
まずは焼き餃子から頂きます
黄金色に焼けた皮の色を見るだけで食欲が刺激されてきます
一皿に7個、小ぶりな一口サイズですが、その存在感は大きい
焼き餃子は皮はパリッとした食感を楽しみながら、中からあふれ出る肉汁が味わえる
不思議なのは、薄皮なのに皮はパリッと焼けている
皮と餡のバランスが良いのか軽く数個を頂けてしまう
サイズが小ぶりな1口サイズなので、2個まとめて頂くと丁度良い
とても一皿では足りず、追加追加をしてしまう
餃子の王道を行くような美味しい餃子です
