キャッスルと言えば、熊本を代表するホテルの一つ。
皇族もお泊りになられる由緒正しき格式あるホテルです。
その地下にある中華レストランがこの桃花源。
熊本にはこの桃花源で修行して出店している
中華料理の名主がいくつか存在しています。
今回はランチで訪問させてもらいました。
８種類ほどのメインから一つのおかずを選ぶことができて
スープや中華サラダにご飯もついてくるランチです。（１６００円）
牛肉の炒め物をチョイスし、春巻き（２５０円）を追加させてもらいました。
やはり中華炒めの醍醐味といいますか、コクたっぷりのソース。
中華醬が自在に効いていて、白ご飯をバクバクいかせてくれます。
玉子スープも繊細ながら本格的なものでした。
春巻きもサクサクした感じで脂っぽさがない軽やかな２本でした。
そして、接客もしっかり見てくれていて
サーブの速度や、お冷の追加などしっかりおもてなししてくれます。
このおもてなしが１６００円のランチに付いてくると思えば
とてもお安いランチだと感じることができます。
熊本県内各地の中華料理の源泉となる老舗ホテルの名店。
熊本で中華を食べるなら間違いなく筆頭のお店です。
