In recent years, the distribution of foreign horse meat has been increasing both in and outside Kumamoto Prefecture, but this horse meat izakaya is part of the Umazakura Group and continues to focus on delicious domestically raised horse meat. We offer a wide variety of menu items, including horse meat sashimi, horse steaks, sushi, and Kumamoto local cuisine. We also focus on authentic Chinese cuisine, so please try it. We have a wide selection of shochu from Kumamoto Prefecture, especially Kyushu shochu. We are used for various important occasions, from individuals to groups, families with children, entertaining business partners, and dates. Located in the center of Kumamoto's downtown area, it is easily accessible. Reservations and inquiries can be made by phone from 2:00 p.m. on weekdays. 熊本に来た際、懇親兼ねてコチラに訪問しました。
メニューから、まずは乾杯のビール、ツマミは「郷土料理セット」これは馬刺(赤身、たてがみ)、からし蓮根、阿蘇高菜、人文字グルグルと、熊本名産３品と、必須メニューを注文します。
ビールで喉を潤し、ツマミのこの３品がまた美味しい。(^^)
「シーザーサラダの温玉のせ」「やみつき里芋唐揚げ」等それぞれ食べたいモノを注文し、「メガハイボール」でガンガン飲みます。(^^;
馬刺押しのお店でしたが、関東では美味しいとあまり思ってませんでしたが、コチラはホント馬刺美味しくいただけました。(^^)
店員さんの対応もよく、熊本で飲む時に、再訪したいお店です。(^^)
