In recent years, the distribution of foreign horse meat has been increasing both in and outside Kumamoto Prefecture, but this horse meat izakaya is part of the Umazakura Group and continues to focus on delicious domestically raised horse meat. We offer a wide variety of menu items, including horse meat sashimi, horse steaks, sushi, and Kumamoto local cuisine. We also focus on authentic Chinese cuisine, so please try it. We have a wide selection of shochu from Kumamoto Prefecture, especially Kyushu shochu. We are used for various important occasions, from individuals to groups, families with children, entertaining business partners, and dates. Located in the center of Kumamoto's downtown area, it is easily accessible. Reservations and inquiries can be made by phone from 2:00 p.m. on weekdays. 熊本に1人旅に来ており、
馬刺し求めて評価の高かった「居酒屋 感」さんへ
行ってきました。
店内入るとカウンターに通されて、
ゆったりした感じでよかったのですが
オーダーはタブレットでの注文とチェーン店感があり、ちょっと残念。
馬刺しの盛り合わせと辛子レンコン、レバーとハツの盛り合わせを注文。
馬刺しがめちゃくちゃおいしかったです。
お酒に本当にあう。レバーとハツもつまみとしてはおいしかったのですが、
馬刺しには負けてしまう。
そして今回驚いたのが辛子レンコンで、
熊本以外で辛子レンコンを食べた時には辛子が辛いだけで何が
美味しいと思っていたのですが、
このお店は匂いは辛子の良い感じの匂いはあるのですが、
味は辛くなく酒のつまみとして美味しかったです。
ツナが入っているのかと思ってしまう感じでした。
美味しい辛子レンコンに出会えてよかったです。
また、幻の焼酎、森伊蔵、魔王、村尾がお店で置いてあり、
その中の１つの魔王を初体験。
正直あまり酒に詳しくないのでわからないんですが、飲めてよかったです。
全体的に、店の感じや味などよかったのですが、
店員さんがチェーン店化しているような感じでバイトの女の子と言う感じで、
事務的な接客でそのあたり少し残念だったかな～と思いまし。
それでも熊本の名物を味わうには十分いいお店で、
機会があればまた来店したいです。
