In recent years, the distribution of foreign horse meat has been increasing both in and outside Kumamoto Prefecture, but this horse meat izakaya is part of the Umazakura Group and continues to focus on delicious domestically raised horse meat. We offer a wide variety of menu items, including horse meat sashimi, horse steaks, sushi, and Kumamoto local cuisine. We also focus on authentic Chinese cuisine, so please try it. We have a wide selection of shochu from Kumamoto Prefecture, especially Kyushu shochu. We are used for various important occasions, from individuals to groups, families with children, entertaining business partners, and dates. 熊本市の夜に向かったのは『居酒屋 感』。熊本では人気の馬肉居酒屋のようです。当然、事前予約をして訪問。入口には中華街ばりの芸能人のサイン。
注文はアラカルトで馬肉尽くしでいってみた。人気メニューの馬刺し、ステーキ、ユッケ、辛子れんこん、人文字ぐるぐる、馬スジ味噌煮込みなどなど。
個人的に5番まで順位を付けると馬肉寿司☞馬スジ味噌煮込み☞馬肉ユッケの手巻き☞馬刺し盛合せ☞馬肉ステーキかな。馬肉系は基本美味しかったです️‼️
馬の臭みは一切なく食感を楽しむって感じだったかな！味付けは全体的にちょっと強めではあるが馬のあっさり感があるので食べ易かったです‼️
馬以外の辛子れんこん、人文字ぐるぐるもさすがは人気料理って感じでした！ただ豚足揚げはちょっと無いかな。普通の方が美味しいも思います。
初訪問でしたがこんだけ色々と馬肉が食べれたので良かった‼️次から次へと客が来ていましたけど、予約無しは返されていました。週末は予約ですね。
また機会があれば寄りたい所ですねd(^_^o)
