We offer a wide variety of menu items, including horse meat sashimi, horse steaks, sushi, and Kumamoto local cuisine. We also focus on authentic Chinese cuisine, so please try it. We have a wide selection of shochu from Kumamoto Prefecture, especially Kyushu shochu. 20年以上の老舗の馬刺しグループで、食べログでも3.8近くを叩き出す馬桜グループの居酒屋の専門店の感へ、足を運ばせて頂きました。
今宵は熊本市の後輩が宮崎から帰ってくるという事で、新宿の後輩で現在は熊本市に住む者たちが
阿蘇くまもと空港へ現行ベンツで迎えに来てくれたので、では行くかと来訪させて頂きました。
特選馬刺し五種盛り、特選タテガミ、特選レバーとハツ盛りとオーダーしました。
東京で食べたら3倍するんだろうなぁーという、地元のご当地グルメを満喫。
馬刺しというのは、スライスした葱を馬肉で挟んで、ニンニク生姜甘口醤油で食べるのがベスト。
レバーをニンニク溜まり醤油で食べるか、胡麻油で食べるかの至高の選択です。
生まれ故郷の馬刺しの最高峰のグループで到着そうそう、金曜日の大盛況の歓楽街の夜に食べる事が出来て、これ以上ない幸せでした。
馬刺しを下通りで食べるなら間違いなく、馬桜グループでCMも絶賛放映中。
若い子達と来たので、彼らは麻婆豆腐やら頼んでおりましたが、こちらは中国人シェフが作るとあって本格的でした。
後輩の一人が店主と仲良い事で、サービスで海老マヨを頂きました、ありがとうございます。
居酒屋でこのクオリティは中々、ない。
