ANAクランプラザ熊本ニュースカイが、
館内のレストランやバーで「ちょい呑みセット」なるものをはじめた。
宿泊客限定？で、ワンドリンクとおつまみが数品ついたセット。
ここ和食「光琳」では、
熊本の郷土料理数品に飲み物１杯がついて1,500円というオトクなセット。
まず八寸ででてきたのは、「黒豆の枝豆」、「からしレンコン」、「ひともじぐるぐる」。
郷土料理のメジャー処。
続いては、
スプーンでいただく「二色豆腐」。
舌馬鹿には二色の違いが判らないが、周りの餡が優しくてするする流し込める。
少々物足りないので追加で一品。
ちょい呑みセットに追加すると500円でオーダーできる単品料理が数種類ある。
その中から選んだのはもちろん、
「豆腐の味噌漬け」。（通常600円）
豆腐ではなく厚揚げを使った珍しいパターン。
揚がった表皮はやや固め。
豆腐部分はとろりとした柔らかさはなく
でもねっとりした旨味は強い。
もろみ味噌の大豆や麦が形もしっかり残したままたっぷり乗ってる。
これ一皿でドリンクがもう一杯イケそうだが今日はここまで。
