長男の七五三にてお初になります。
ANAホテル内にある日本料理のお店です。
予約しての来店です。
「宝石御膳」¥6800 久しぶりの贅沢
主役の長男は、お子様ランチ¥1500だったかと
先付八寸から頂きます。
湯葉、お豆腐、銀杏、からし蓮根など
沢山のものを少しずつ食べて、日頃、あまり経験しない食べ方、でも、繊細で美味しい
次にお刺身、特にイカが旨い！ねっとりとしてイカの甘味が豊かです、お醤油、梅肉ソース、ポン酢で頂きました。
次に茶碗蒸し、餡もかかっていて、トロトロでお出汁も効いていて美味しい
そのあとに、メインのお肉を石焼きで
赤牛、肉の味が引き立つお肉です。
最後に手鞠寿司もネタとシャリのバランスが絶妙でお酢の塩梅が良かったです
デザートは、失念
長男のお子様ランチは、ハンバーグと海老フライにおにぎり、茶碗蒸しとお吸い物、デザートがお膳で提供されました。
もったいないことに半分も食べなかったので、家族で頂きました。
たまの贅沢は、良いものでした。
