Thanks to a grant from Kumamoto Prefecture, I went on a 1-night, 0-night trip using Hankyu Transportation to enjoy traditional Japanese Japanese-style meal at the ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel, also known as the New Sky Hotel. After the grant was applied, I would have paid 4,400 yen, but that would have cost me 2,000 yen. With the return of the region-limited coupon, you can enjoy a Japanese beef Sukiyaki gozen meal at Korin for just 2,400 yen.I quickly sneaked in with my companions...The buffet with crab at San Cielo, which had the same plan, was packed with families, but the people who chose Korin were mostly adults... It's quite a grown-up feeling haha. The atmosphere is quiet and Japanese-style meal and Other decorations are calming. The appetizers are shrimp, yuba, dengaku, iburi gakko, etc.The sashimi, stew, and chawan mushi are quite filling. The fried Fried food is piping hot and delicious❤️ Yay! Main domestic product!! ️ Beef Beautiful red ~ Just the right amount of marbling ~ In a small pot for each person Simmering on solid fuel Green onions Enoki mushrooms Shimeji mushrooms Grilled tofu Chinese cabbage Mizuna High-quality meat on a sweet and delicious Sukiyaki base Mizuna is even better without it Mizuna Carrots for pickles , I think it's more elegant with just radish. There's a lot of miso soup in a large bowl. There's a little bit of three-leaf kuki, and there's too much of the stems. The green color is nice, but in terms of taste, the mizuna is getting in the way of what should have been a delicious dish. When the appetizers, sashimi, and chawanmushi were served first, a bowl of raw eggs was also served, and later on, Sukiyaki, rice, and miso soup were to be served. They warned me that the raw eggs would be on the table the whole time...? ? If possible, I would have liked it to be served in a fresher state at the same time as the Sukiyaki menu is labeled as domestic beef✨.It's not Aso's red beef, so maybe it's from Miyazaki or Saga? I guess this is also due to budget constraints, but it would be nice to at least use local beef! As a person who doesn't like milk, I was shocked when they told me that the dessert was milk agar.I was expecting vanilla ice cream or lemon sorbet...I heard that they had some leftover milk from the cows and were disposing of it.They told me to use milk instead. I wonder if there are any instructions from the staff. The female staff member was very friendly and I enjoyed talking with her about the food and explaining the food. The hotel-made Sukiyaki set was reasonably priced. It was a delicious and enjoyable dinner (^people^)
