とある宴で伺いました。
飲み放題のコースでしたが、生は卓上サーバーを持ってきてくれてセルフで注いで飲むスタイル。
ピッチャーと同じような感じですが冷えて部分美味しくいただけますね^_^
料理も刺身、馬刺、辛子蓮根、地鶏のたたき、一文字グルグル、かま焼き、海老の塩焼き等、郷土料理を中心に美味しくいただけました。
どれも美味しかったが、辛子蓮根が自家製ぽい感じの揚げたてだったので個人的に良かったです^ ^
また機会があれば利用したいと思います。
