何か、久しぶりに参った！って感じです。
もつの味をこれだけ丁寧に表現しているお店は、なかなかないと思います。
いろいろなお店でもつ鍋を食べ歩いてるけど、嫌な臭みがなく、でももつの味をちゃんとだしているお店は少ないと思います。
ここのもつは、そこのバランスをうまく引き出してて、旨みを封じ込めてる感じ。
店構えも、ちょっと格式高く見えて、いい雰囲気をかもし出しています。
隠れ家的雰囲気も味わえて、おすすめのお店です。お試しあれ。
